the breakfast service impressed me with staff members eager to assist. i appreciated the efficient and friendly attitude especially with a large group. gowri's cute smile and roksana's coffee service started the day well.
the bar closed relatively early at 9:30 pm.

The riverside lawn featured many seats and tables. Outside service made it convenient. I found the lounge and bar were good sizes. Staff members were friendly and helpful. They assisted me with all my requests. The breakfast was nice, I especially liked the fire lit in the drawing room and the festive decorations.
Upon my arrival, the air conditioning in my room was not working! This. One of the bathroom sinks had a slight leak as well. I believe the windows could use a thorough cleaning. They looked dirty.

i enjoyed the sizable room with a lovely river view, it made for a great start to the day. the bathroom had heated flooring and a generous amount of space, very welcome! the closet included both a safe and an iron plus ironing board.
the bar closed quite early at 9.30pm, it would have been nice to have a later option for drinks.

The setting is superb, especially with direct access to restaurants nearby. You have several dining choices. the hotel is positioned right on the river, a very special location offering beautiful views. the concierge service was friendly. It made arrival quite smooth.
